Logistical arrangements

  • Plan to arrive at the training centre the day before the first day of class
  • Room check-in is at 4:00 pm. If you plan on arriving earlier, early check-in may be available but cannot be guaranteed
  • A camp orientation is held at 6:00 pm the evening before the first day of class, followed by a group dinner at 8:00 pm. Attendance at the orientation is mandatory
  • You will be emailed a logistics document which will provide full details on travel and accommodation
Payment

  • In order to reserve a seat for the course date requested, completion of this registration form, and the total cost of the program or pre-approved status of a formal application for a loan is required
  • The balance of the payment is due on receipt
  • Please note that a handling fee of 2% for Visa/Mastercard and 2% for American Express will be charged on credit card transactions to cover the costs imposed by creditcard companies. There is no charge for payment by Switch/Maestro or any other debit card
  • Full payment is due if registration is made within fourteen days before the start date of the camp
  • If you have nominated to pay by Credit or Debit card a member of our Customer Services team will be contacting you
